Chapter Two of GTA4.net mission guide/walkthrough is now available!

This chapter covers 28 missions (from "Escuela of the Streets" up to "Three Leaf Clover") and now the guide contains 51 missions in total.

Social Club 100% contest extended

Good news for anyone hoping to get their hands on the coveted "Key to the City" prize out of the one-week GTA IV 100% completion contest over at the Rockstar Games Social Club. The contest has been extended another two weeks to "ensure that everyone has a chance to get in on the action".

The deadline to complete the game 100% is now Monday, May 19th. Remember you must be registered on the Social Club to be eligible to enter. For more on the contest rules and eligibility requirements, refer to this page.

New Soundtracks and Wallpapers available to download

The official GTA IV website is updated iwht a new series of wallpapers
called "Outdoor II". And the new GTA IV special Edition soundtrack album is available via Amazon MP3. Screenshots and Multiplayer sections are also updated.

GTA4.net Mission Guide - Chapter One Launched

Today GTA4.net has launched there Chapter One of there GTA4 mission guide. The guide has screenshots, details and soon there will be videos of every mission.
GTA4.net says that the videos are ready to go up, but they are waiting to complete the new design so they can finalize dimensions and some other stuff. It will be hopefully ready by the end of the month. Check it what they have so far and see what you think of there Mission Guide.

PS3 GTA IV Update Data 1.01 Released

Yes!, the first patch has been released for PS3 users of GTA IV, you get a message of the update the next time you reload GTA IV and log-in to the PS Network. To continue playing the game you must download the 18MB patch and you'r done ..

GTA IV Breaks Entertainment Launch Records

GTA IV #1 on Xbox Live and in the UK

Grand Theft Auto IV has claimed the number one spot in the chart of Xbox Live's most-played games, it was revealed today. Microsoft's community staffer, Larry Hryb, revealed in a blog post that the latest GTA has knocked Call of Duty 4 from the top of the chart, pushing Halo 3 into third place along with it.

Also today Chart Track announced that GTA IV sold 926,000 copies during its first week on sale, grossing £39.9m which easily places it as the most successful video game launch in UK history. Perhaps most interestingly though, GTA IV sold more copies in its first week than every game released in 2007 combined, excluding FIFA 08, Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training and Call of Duty 4.
